Altec in the movies?

I was watching Grease last night and during the "Dance-off" scene the band has an Altec 612a cabinet sitting right up front on the stage. When I commented, "I have that speaker" my wife said "only you would notice that". I'm just wondering if any one else has spotted Altec gear in the movies.

Yes I have. But of course I don't remember what....
Mostly I spot microphones and cameras that I know.

Monterrey Pop...during the intro scenes. You'll see a nice Altec multi cell plain as day...

You can see an A5 in the gym in Grease.

The famous Michael Powell picture "Peeping Tom" has a killer with a Quad.

I'll add (sorry no pics!)

You can see white-painted VOTTs on the dance floor of the movie "Saturday Night fever".

Witness many dummy* VOTTs in the movie "Sgt. Pepper's LHCB"

*no woofers!......just a gray painted slat of wood in their place.

But in the Movie Hooper (starting Burt Reynolds). In his livingroom is a pair of (I THINK) Altec Stonehedge (70's era).

They certainly look Stonehenge to me, as much as i was able to focus on them, Sally's southern half was a severe but pleasant distraction. I don't remember her lookin much better than she did in that movie. I waited for a shot that revealed the round Altec badge.

Man this is great! I knew I wasn't the only one. We were watching Serpico a few weeks back and I caught a glimpse of a McIntosh amp. It was just behind Al Pacino when he was talking about taking his case to the mayor. I think I'll have to add Saturday Night Fever to the Netflix list.
